Four single sheets, each folded once vertically, the whole nested together; dimensions (in folded state): upright format, 330 x 210 mm. Unbound; tied in ribbon together with a paper slip annotated by Havergal; now within an early C20th folder of brown cardboard with ties. No early bookplates. C19th shelfmark: K.1.21 Formerly Mus. 1060.
